We allow any person who registers for an account at www.offeringtree.com or its subdomains to create and maintain a website. We do not control the content that you may choose to post to the website you create. You are solely responsible for all content that you upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available through the website you create. Financial and Credit Card Information

If you choose to use payment processing services or any paid features from us, then we collect and process payment information and certain financial information (e.g., bank account information) via the third-party service provider Braintree, a division of PayPal, Inc., in order to perform the payment processing services you request. Braintree provides all payment processing services for us. By using the Braintree payment processing services you agree to the Braintree Payment Services Agreement available at https://www.braintreepayments.com/legal/gateway-agreement, and the applicable bank agreement available at https://www.braintreepayments.com/legal/cea-wells.

If you choose to add Stripe as a payment processing option to collect online payments through OfferingTree, it’s important to know the following Stripe policies. Stripe can be used for payment, analytics, and other business services. Stripe collects identifying information about the devices that connect to its services. Stripe uses this information to operate and improve the services it provides to us, including for fraud detection. Online Forms and Submissions We collect information you submit to us on our websites or through online forms to process your requests.
Web Logs We may collect information from you, including your browser type, operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address (a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet), domain name, click-activity, referring website, and/or a date/time stamp for your visit. Web logs may be used for things like monitoring website usage levels and diagnosing problems.
Device Information We may collect information about the device accessing the website such as MAC address, device type, and device identifiers.

7.1. Cookies

7.3. Clear Gifs and Related Technologies

Our website and emails also use pixel tags, web beacons, clear GIFs, or other similar technologies to measure the success of marketing campaigns, to help us manage the operation of our services and to compile statistics about usage and response rates, and other purposes. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of internet users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on your hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages or in emails and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence.

We utilize third party analytic services (e.g., Google Analytics) to help us continually improve our services and track your interactions with our websites. We do not currently support “Do Not Track” or other similar browser preferences. You may unsubscribe from our communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of our emails. Please note that you cannot unsubscribe from email messages related to transactions or other related activities that arise from your continued use of our services (e.g., automatic notifications sent by our system related to your use of features provided by our system).
